XS2123IEEE802.3 af PoE-PD+DC/DC
DownloadXS2123 is an integrated controller based on the IEEE 802.3af standard, combining PD and DC/DC functionality. The PD controller portion provides detection signals, classification signals, and an integrated isolated power MOSFET with surge current control for PoE systems. The isolated power MOSFET features 100V voltage tolerance, 0.4Ω on-resistance, and supports up to 880mA operating current, with built-in undervoltage and over-temperature protection. The DC/DC controller section includes a 200V power MOSFET, uses primary-side regulation (PSR) method, is suitable for Flyback topology, and supports both CCM and DCM modes.
