As the leader of Axera, Dr. Qiu Xiaoxin graduated from the Department of Automation at Tsinghua University with a master's degree, and later pursued further studies in the United States where she obtained a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. During her career, she has successively held key positions such as Vice President of Broadcom Corporation (U.S.) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of UNISOC. In May 2019, Dr. Qiu founded Axera and led the team to delve deep into the AI chip industry, demonstrating outstanding technological strength and leadership.

Over the past five years, under the leadership of Dr. Qiu Xiaoxin, Axera has been committed to building world-leading artificial intelligence perception and edge computing chips. Adhering to the mission of "Inclusive AI, for a Better Life", Axera has successfully developed and mass-produced multiple generations of intelligent chip products. Relying on its self-developed core technologies and rich product matrix, Axera has carried out a steady market layout of "Integrated Layout with Dual Wings" around the fields of smart cities and intelligent driving, and continuously expanded into the huge edge and end-side device markets such as robotics and AR/VR, demonstrating strong competitive strength in the intelligent chip market.
